Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color on an essential piece? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. (No exchanges for limited pieces)
- We offer free shipping on your first exchange (U.S. only).
- Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email realrightenterprise@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We’ll respond with a prepaid return label (for eligible U.S. orders).
- Ship the item back using the label provided.
- Once received, we’ll process your return or exchange quickly.
